babaje is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. Creating an account, placing bets or using any real-money feature of the platform constitutes a declaration that you meet this age requirement. babaje reserves the right to suspend accounts pending age verification at any time.
All financial transactions on babaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major bank transfers. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation.

Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. babaje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
All deposits and withdrawals on the babaje platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. babaje does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. babaje reserves the right to extend this processing window in cases where additional verification is required.
babaje reserves the right to reverse, delay or decline any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms. In such cases, affected funds may be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

All promotions are subject to individual terms, wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits, which are specified on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

In the event of account closure due to breach of terms, babaje may withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any internal investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected, babaje is obligated to report the matter to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the babaje support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the babaje platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any content or software forming part of the babaje platform.
Any unauthorised use of babaje's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the babaje platform, including but not limited to:
babaje makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. babaje's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising out of the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the babaje platform, including disputes regarding game outcomes, account balances, bonus settlements, or transaction processing, members should follow the dispute resolution procedure set out below:
babaje's decision following the completion of the escalation process shall be treated as final and binding. Members agree that this internal dispute resolution process represents the exclusive mechanism for resolving disputes with babaje and waive any right to pursue claims through any other forum, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect member rights or obligations — babaje will make reasonable efforts to notify members at least 7 calendar days in advance via registered email or through a notice displayed upon babaje Login.
Your continued use of the babaje platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at babaje.app/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. In the event of a conflict between a translated version and the English-language version of this document, the English-language version shall prevail.
